About Me
Hello, my name is O.F. Atci, but you can call me OFA! I've been living in Dublin for the last 3 years and I'm currently studying for a Master's in Project Management at UCD Michael Smurfit Business School. I did my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University, where I got to combine the great insight I gained at the Faculty of Political Sciences with hands-on project-based work in my business life.
I've been lucky enough to gain experience in the commercial vehicles sector for over 10 years in a number of different fields, including marketing, purchasing, production, after-sales and design. I'm really proud to say that I started my family business from a young age. It was a great chance for me to combine my hands-on experience in this field with my studies. This experience was a real blessing in disguise! It gave me the chance to approach the sector from both an operational and strategic perspective.
My formal education was a great start to my career! I'm so excited to take all the amazing knowledge I gained from my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration to the next level with the incredible project management training I received at UCD! I'm really proud to say that I've been able to continue developing my professional skills by successfully balancing my academic studies and remote work.
My current goal is to find a job in Ireland after completing my master's programme and to build on the international experience I've gained here. When I'm not working, I love to go for a bike ride or swim – it's so important to me to keep both my mind and body in balance!

ATC Luxury Car Design
My Project Management Journey at ATC Luxury Car Design
During my tenure as Project Director at ATC Luxury Car Design, I achieved significant success in both team coordination and international sales processes while realising innovative projects in the automotive sector. This process enabled me to develop not only my technical know-how but also my strategic thinking and leadership skills. The projects, each offering different challenges and opportunities, have played an important role in both my professional career and personal development.
Working on Mercedes V-Class and Sprinter models, we developed customisable vehicle designs suitable for the VIP segment. In this process, we aimed to offer our customers a unique experience by combining comfort, aesthetics and technology. The project was not limited to vehicle design, but also succeeded in increasing customer satisfaction and winning new business contracts.
Some of the projects I have managed or been a part of during this period are Electrical Systems Optimisation project, After Sales Support Project in after sales services abroad, Regional Customisation Project, Sales Project in International Fairs.
These projects at ATC Luxury Car Design not only reinforced our leadership in the industry, but also provided me with valuable lessons and experience in project management. Each project has been a success story reflecting our commitment to collaboration, innovation and quality.

Operational Efficiency in Tourism Sector
At Pegas Touristik, I took part in projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of operational processes in the tourism sector. I analysed operational workflows, identified bottlenecks and ensured process optimisation. I also performed cost control by applying project-based working principles in procurement processes. I designed and successfully implemented a pilot project involving the implementation of operational processes in a new organisational structure. This experience increased my command of the dynamics in the tourism transportation sector and provided significant gains in improving budget compliance.
HIPOSAN HYDRAULIC PUMPS
International Sales and Business Development
I contributed to global marketing strategies by working in international sales processes at Hiposan Hydraulic Pumps. I strengthened the company's position in the international market by analysing their needs and expectations during my meetings with distributors. I improved business relations with subcontractors by using strategic communication methods and optimised supply chain processes. I took important actions to improve service quality by managing daily operational customer meetings. This process enabled me to gain valuable experience in international business relations and customer satisfaction.
CAVO AUTOMOTIVE
Improving Financial Processes
At Cavo Automotive, I worked to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial data by taking part in financial analysis and reporting processes. I accelerated the operational reporting processes of projects by creating financial data tables. I provided support in project financing and cost calculations, thus contributing to more solid foundations for budget planning. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of the impact of financial processes on business decisions.
BACATEK
Resource Management and Cost Control
At BACATEK Chimney Systems, I gained significant experience in project accounting and resource management. I prevented budget overruns by effectively realising resource allocations in multiple projects. I accelerated project processes by strengthening inter-departmental communication. In addition, by improving project presentations, I made it possible for teams to work more efficiently and with understandable information. This process reinforced my competencies in resource management and cost control.

Teamwork
Teamwork is one of my most valuable professional skills. I firmly believe that there is no role too big or too small, every role is important, and that each individual's contribution is valuable. I have strengthened interdepartmental communication by effectively collaborating with teams from different disciplines to achieve project goals. I developed innovative solutions by working with team members from different professional backgrounds and produced solutions to the problems encountered quickly and effectively.
I fostered a positive team environment with open communication, mutual respect and a sense of shared responsibility. I coordinated the efforts of various teams and achieved results in line with corporate goals, ensuring the timely completion of projects. These experiences have shown me that teamwork is not just a business model; it is one of the most important steps on the road to success.
